Delete your FLMPK account

You can permanently delete your FLMPK account from inside the app or request deletion without reinstalling the app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete in the app

1. Open Profile.
2. Choose Account, then Delete account.
3. Read the deletion and subscription warnings.
4. Enter the requested confirmation and complete deletion.

Request deletion on the web

Email info@flmpk.net from the email address registered to your FLMPK account, using the subject FLMPK account deletion request. If you cannot access that address, explain this in the message so we can offer another proportionate verification route. Never send us your password, payment-card details or an app-store password.

We will verify that the request relates to your account, confirm receipt and complete the deletion without undue delay and within the time required by applicable law. Verification is used only to prevent another person deleting your account.

What deletion removes

• your FLMPK account, profile and account identifier;
• favourites, saved and hidden titles;
• taste-profile, dislikes and Benton activity;
• lists, searches, imported or retained viewing history and other personalisation data; and
• personal identifiers in support and operational records where they are no longer required.

What may be retained

Limited records may be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling and the integrity of financial records. Residual encrypted backups are isolated from normal use and expire under the applicable backup schedule. Apple, Google and other independent providers retain their own records under their policies.
