FLMPK does not sell personal data, use it for third-party advertising or track you across other companies' apps and websites. You can use the routes below to control data FLMPK holds about you.

Access, correction and export

Email info@flmpk.net from your registered address and state whether you want to access, correct or receive a portable copy of your data. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing account information.

Deletion

Delete your account inside FLMPK or use the independent web-request route described on Delete Account. Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription.

Objection, restriction and consent

You may ask us to restrict or stop particular processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. Explain the processing you are concerned about in an email to info@flmpk.net. Some requests may affect features that depend on that processing.

Essential and marketing messages

You cannot opt out of essential verification, security, purchase and account-service messages while keeping the related account or transaction active. Marketing messages, if introduced, will include an unsubscribe route and will be sent only where permitted.

Complaints

Contact us first so we can investigate. UK users also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. You may have a corresponding right with the data-protection authority where you live.
