Terms of Service
Effective: 17 September 2026
These Terms govern your use of the FLMPK mobile application, website and related services (the "Service") supplied by FLMPK Ltd, company number 17350510, registered in England and Wales. By creating an account, subscribing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
FLMPK helps users discover films, develop a personal taste profile and find streaming availability. Recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees. Catalogue entries, streaming availability, subscription inclusion, pricing, dubbing, audio tracks and subtitles are controlled by third parties and may change by territory or over time. Always confirm the current offer with the relevant streaming service before watching, subscribing, renting or buying.
2. Accounts and eligibility
- You must meet the minimum age shown during onboarding and in the applicable app-store listing.
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by FLMPK's failure to use reasonable care.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Subscriptions, trial and payment
FLMPK Monthly (product identifier flmpk.monthly) is an auto-renewing monthly subscription. Eligible new subscribers receive a seven-day free trial. Launch prices are £2.99 per month in the United Kingdom, $3.99 in the United States, R$9.90 in Brazil, €3.99 in France and €3.99 in Germany. Prices in other territories are set in the applicable local currency. The Apple App Store or Google Play confirms the price and currency before purchase. See Pricing.
Unless cancelled through the store before renewal, the subscription renews automatically and the store charges the account used for purchase. For Apple subscriptions, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; Apple may charge renewal within that final 24-hour period. For Google Play, cancel before the next renewal date shown in your subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally refund the current period, and access generally continues until that period ends unless the store states otherwise. Purchases can be restored where supported.
Subscriptions are managed only through the store in which they were bought. Deleting your FLMPK account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. See Delete Account for the separate steps.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Service unlawfully or to harm another person;
- scrape, crawl, data-mine or systematically extract the catalogue, recommendations or other Service content;
- interfere with the Service, bypass access controls or attempt unauthorised access;
- reverse engineer the Service except where the law expressly permits it; or
- misuse reporting or support functions.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give FLMPK a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, reproduce and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the Service, provide features you request, and meet legal obligations. You must have the right to submit that content.
6. FLMPK and third-party rights
The Service, software, branding, design and FLMPK-created material belong to FLMPK Ltd or its licensors. Film artwork, metadata, names and availability information may belong to studios, distributors, data providers or other rights-holders. No ownership of that third-party material passes to you.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep FLMPK available and accurate, but the Service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider changes or circumstances outside our control. We may change or retire features where reasonably necessary. We will provide notice where the change materially affects an ongoing paid subscription and the law requires notice.
8. Suspension, cancellation and deletion
You may stop using FLMPK, cancel a store subscription and delete your account at any time; these are separate actions. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security incidents, unlawful use or a serious breach of these Terms. We will act proportionately and provide notice where reasonably possible.
9. Disclaimers and consumer rights
The Service is provided with reasonable care and skill. Recommendations are subjective, and third-party catalogue and availability information may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including statutory consumer rights.
10. Liability
Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be limited. Subject to that, FLMPK is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract began, or for business losses arising from consumer use of the Service.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the Service, providers or law changes. The current version and effective date will appear here. If a material change requires your agreement, we will ask for it before the new terms apply to you.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections and right to bring proceedings available under the laws of the country where you live.
